We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to train and prepare IT candidates for technical interviews and skilled IT roles. The trainer will assess candidates' technical knowledge, identify skill gaps, conduct training sessions, and help candidates become confident in technical interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for IT candidates.
- Assess candidates' technical knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare candidates for technical interviews with practical and role-specific questions.
- Train candidates based on specific IT job requirements.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to candidates with different experience levels.
- Conduct mock technical interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, interview questions, exercises, and assessments.
- Cover relevant technologies based on candidate roles, such as:
- Software Development
- Full Stack Development
- Data Engineering
- Data Science
- DevOps & Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- QA/Testing
- Track candidate progress and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with recruiters and resume specialists to understand candidate requirements.
- Stay updated with current IT technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT, technical training, software development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of one or more major IT domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
- Experience conducting technical interviews or mock interviews is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with candidates from different technical backgrounds.
- Good understanding of professional IT interview processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with US IT recruitment or placement processes.
- Experience preparing candidates for technical interviews.
- Knowledge of current IT technologies and job market requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one technical domain.
- Ability to create structured training plans.
