- Handle and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications
- Work on high-priority incidents and customer escalations
- Troubleshoot application and production issues
- Collaborate with Support, TAMs & Engineering teams
- Communicate directly with customers and provide timely updates
- Drive issues through mitigation and resolution
