Role: Service Manager (Commercial Kitchens & Laundry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee service operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high uptime, quick turnaround, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of service engineers and technicians, driving performance, accountability, and skill enhancement.
- Guide the team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across hot, cold, and refrigeration equipment categories.
- Plan and monitor annual maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance schedules in line with client SLAs.




- Serve as the primary contact for key clients
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support, spare parts, and warranty cases.
- Track and manage costs related to spares, repairs, and consumables while maintaining optimal stock levels across regions.
- Ensure systematic documentation of service calls, preventive schedules, and client reports for internal and external review.

Skills we’re looking for:

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in after-sales service for commercial kitchen equipment (hot cooking, refrigeration, cold rooms, dishwashing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of equipment design, electrical and mechanical systems, and AMC planning.
- Ability to read and interpret kitchen layouts and service drawings.
- Prior experience managing service operations for hotel chains, QSRs, or institutional clients.
- Excellent planning, and communication skills.
- Process-driven, customer-focused, and capable of handling multi-site operations.
