About The Job:

- The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing security incident response and technical solution implementation. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, effective problem-solving, and ensuring that client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Lead empowers teams through proficient people management, driving innovation, and optimizing operational processes to enhance service delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead Security Incident Response Efforts By Implementing Siem Technologies To Monitor, Analyze, And Respond To Security Threats, Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Standards.

- Develop And Optimize Operational Systems For Security Incident Management, Enhancing Reporting Capabilities And Streamlining Information Flow To Support Decision-Making And Planning.

- Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Security Needs, Ensuring The Support Team Effectively Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Tailored Solutions.

- Mentor And Guide Project Teams In Security Operations, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Driving Team Engagement And Accountability.

- Propose And Implement Innovative Solutions For Process Development Within Security Operations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives And Enhancing Overall Service Delivery.

Qualifications

- Exp: 8-12 years





- Solid Understanding Of Security Incident Response Protocols And Siem Implementation.

- Proficiency In Operational Management And Process Optimization Within A Security Context.

- Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Mentor Teams And Manage Client Relationships.

- Ability To Analyze Complex Security Issues And Develop Strategic Solutions.

Other Requirements

- Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism) Are Optional But Valuable
