We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer – Electronics to handle troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance of Cautio’s cameras and electronic devices. The role requires solid hands-on expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair cameras and electronic devices.
- Perform PCB-level troubleshooting, component replacement, soldering, and rework.
- Identify faults in electronic circuits, power supplies, sensors, and connectivity modules.
- Test repaired devices using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment.
- Perform quality checks and ensure repaired devices meet required standards.
- Maintain repair records and document recurring technical issues.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve device-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, or a related field.
- PCB troubleshooting and repair experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and testing methods.
- Hands-on experience in soldering, desoldering, and component-level repair.
- Experience with CCTV cameras, dash cameras, IoT devices, or similar electronic products is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle hands-on technical repairs.
