Role Description The Technical Solution Engineer / Presales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the team member collaborates with sales and product teams to understand client requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and deliver product demonstrations that highlight eShipz’s capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support during the sales cycle, troubleshooting integration and configuration issues, assisting with proof-of-concept deployments, and preparing solution documents and presentations.

The role also involves working closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintaining product knowledge, and gathering client feedback to inform product enhancements.



The position is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of relevant experience who can join immediately and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to resolve client issues efficiently and support presales engagements.
- Candidates should possess system administration capabilities, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of software solutions in production or demo environments.
- Candidates should possess foundational software development knowledge to understand APIs, integrations, and basic scripting or automation requirements.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working with databases, including querying, data analysis, and supporting data-related client requests.
- 2+ years of experience in technical solution engineering, presales, implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS products, logistics, eCommerce platforms, or API-based integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering teams, manage multiple opportunities, and meet timelines in a high-growth environment.
