We are looking for a B.Tech/BE graduate with robust technical understanding and excellent communication skills to handle inbound enquiries generated through our Google and Facebook advertising campaigns. This is not a conventional Telecaller position. The selected candidate will be responsible for speaking with business owners, entrepreneurs and prospective clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, explaining our relevant technology solutions, qualifying leads and coordinating with the internal technical/sales team.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and enquiries generated through Google &

- Facebook advertising. Understand the client's business model, requirements, pain points and software expectations. Conduct initial technical discussions with prospective clients. Explain relevant software and technology solutions in a simple and professional manner. Understand requirements for CRM, ERP, SaaS, Mobile Apps, Web Applications, AI &
- Automation, E-commerce, Healthcare solutions and other customized software. Ask relevant questions to identify the actual requirement and budget potential of the client. Qualify leads as Hot, Warm or Cold based on business requirement, urgency and potential. Maintain proper records of all enquiries and follow-ups. Coordinate with the technical, development and sales teams whenever detailed technical consultation is required. Schedule product demonstrations or technical meetings with qualified prospects. Follow up with interested prospects professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.



Ensure that every inbound enquiry is handled professionally and no genuine business opportunity is lost due to lack of communication or basic technical understanding.

Required

Qualification B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related technical discipline. Freshers with solid communication and technical fundamentals may also apply. Candidates with experience in technical sales, pre-sales, software consulting, business development or IT solutions will be preferred.

Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of software and technology concepts. Ability to understand and explain technical requirements. Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers professionally. Strong listening and requirement-gathering skills. Basic understanding of Web Applications, Mobile Applications, CRM, ERP, SaaS, APIs, Cloud, AI/Automation and software development concepts.

Good presentation and problem-solving ability. Comfortable handling inbound business enquiries over phone and WhatsApp.

Important The candidate should be capable of having a basic technical conversation with a prospective client and understanding what the client actually needs. This role is primarily focused on Inbound Lead Handling Technical Requirement Understanding Lead Qualification Pre-Sales Support, and not merely making cold calls.
