?What You’ll Do

Technical Presentation: Present scientific features, efficacy data and performance characteristics of our speciality ingredients to target clients (R&D; formulators, brand managers, and procurement teams).

Consultative Selling: Understand client formulation challenges and recommend precise ingredient/chemical solutions.

Business Development: Identify market trends, build strong client relationships and drive sales growth of the company.

Product Education: Conduct technical product briefings, live demos and technical discussions with cosmetic chemists.





?What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Degree in Chemistry, Cosmeceuticals, Cosmetic Technology or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of personal care/cosmetic raw materials, Cosmetic Active ( Speciality Ingredients), functional ingredients, etc.

Communication Skills : Proven ability to explain technical concepts simply and persuasively to brand owners and technical teams.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in personal care raw materials / specialty chemicals.
