Job Title: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer - Fire Pumps & Systems

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Mechanical Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in Fire Pumps, Diesel Engines, and Firefighting Hydrant/Sprinkler Systems. This role requires extensive traveling across PAN India to meet consultants, MEP contractors, OEMs, and key institutional clients to drive sales and secure approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive technical sales and business development for Fire Pump packages (UL/FM or Non-UL pumps, diesel engines, jockey pumps, and controllers).
- Travel extensively across PAN India (as per business requirements) to pitch products to MEP Consultants, Builders, EPC Contractors, and Industrial Clients.
- Review tender specifications, perform hydraulic/pump calculations, and prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal engineering/design teams for pump sizing, system integration, and custom package design.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners across regions.

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves):

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Technical Sales / Business Development within the Fire Protection, Fire Fighting, or Industrial Pumping industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire pump standards (e.g., NFPA 20, NBC guidelines) and mechanical components (engines, couplings, valves, control panels).
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across PAN India.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
