Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and technology-adjacent roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role involves scheduling and conducting interviews, evaluating technical and cultural fit,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Technical

Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing and evaluating candidates for engineering, product, and technology roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, robotics, or technology-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple requisitions, and use applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
