Position: Technical Regional Lead Role Overview: The Technical Regional Lead is responsible for overseeing technical operations and financial management across the region, ensuring seamless service delivery and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Management:

- Manage and supervise low-side HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, and UPS operations
- Participate in daily AMC breakdown resolution calls and coordinate corrective actions
- Ensure timely execution and compliance of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to site teams

Financial Management:

- Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
- Monitor and control vendor costs to optimize regional expenditure
- Review and approve cost estimates for maintenance and breakdown activities

Regional Coverage:

- Proven experience working in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Must be willing to travel extensively across the region as operational needs require
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups
