We are looking for a Business Analytics and Data Science leader who can combine strong business acumen with analytics and AI to improve decision-making, unlock current growth opportunities, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.



This role will work closely with the leadership team to build an AI-first decision intelligence function that powers major business decisions across growth, operations, supply, partnerships, product, and finance. What You'll Own Business & Growth Analytics Own the analytics agenda across the business. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency. Drive deep analysis of student journeys, booking funnels, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue drivers. Partner with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and resource allocation decisions. Build frameworks for measuring business performance across countries, destinations, universities, and partner segments. AI & Decision Intelligence Define and execute Amber's AI roadmap across analytics. Build AI-powered decision-support systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks
