Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Creating engaging captions, hashtags, and post copies:
- Ideating Reels concepts, trending formats, and hooks
- Coordinating with videographers, designers, and editors to ensure timely content delivery
- Managing daily posting schedules on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Handling client communication, feedback, and approvals
- Monitoring performance and preparing analytics & monthly reports:
- Staying updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of Instagram-first content strategy:
- Excellent copywriting skills for captions and brand tone




- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and Reels growth strategies:
- Basic understanding of analytics & insights:
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines:
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
