Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of basic security measures to protect IT systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats
- Perform routine data backups and assist with disaster recovery activities to ensure system availability
- Manage user accounts and access permissions (create, modify, and deactivate users)
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and resolve help desk tickets within defined SLAs
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with system access and IT setup
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments for system upgrades and current technology implementations
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay updated with emerging IT technologies, tools,



and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Familiarity with hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Basic awareness of IT security concepts (firewalls, antivirus, access control)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹11,829.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
