We are hiring a field executive to conduct on-ground property surveys in South Delhi (Greater Kailash 1 & 2 and nearby areas).
Responsibilities:
- Visit residential colonies and builder floor zones
- Identify vacant, resale and upcoming properties
- Collect owner/broker inventory details
- Verify basic property information
- Share daily field reports with office team
- Build local broker and guard network
Requirements:
- Prior real estate field experience preferred
- Knowledge of South Delhi localities is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel on field daily
- Smartphone mandatory
