KAREER Studio is looking for an energetic and enterprising Sales & Operations Executive – B2 B to support the growth of our institutional and business partner network.
If you are positive at communication, comfortable connecting with new people, digitally savvy and interested in building a career in the Education Consulting industry , we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective schools, colleges, educational institutions, franchise partners, referral partners and other B2 B associates
Generate leads through calls, email, Linked In, Whats App, social media and other outreach channels

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective partners

Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture enquiries until conversion

Coordinate proposals, presentations, meetings,



documentation and onboarding of new partners

Maintain B2 B enquiry and customer records through CRM / ERP systems

Manage emailers and Whats App communication for lead nurturing and partner engagement

Assist in creating B2 B-focused social media posts, campaigns and promotional communication

Schedule and automate social media and digital communication wherever required

Coordinate internally with marketing, counselling and operations teams for smooth execution

Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions and partner activity

Prepare regular MIS and performance reports
Who Can Apply?

✔ Graduates / Postgraduates from BBA, B. Com, MBA, Marketing, Management, Commerce or other relevant disciplines

✔ Freshers with strong communication and an enterprising mindset are welcome
✔ Candidates with B2 B Sales, Business Development, Education Consulting, Ed Tech or Institutional Sales experience will have an advantage
