Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and presentation drawings
- Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws, NBC norms, and regulations
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and design detailing

Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and site engineers
- Attend client meetings and incorporate design changes as required

Site Execution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical guidance
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications

Documentation
- Prepare BOQs, area statements, and project documentation
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and approvals
- Support tender drawings and contractor coordination

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- COA registration preferred

Technical Skills




- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and approval processes

Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive problem-solving and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and design sensibility

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architecture/design firms
- Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred
