- Experience of 5 to 10 years either as a Vice Principal or Headmistress
- Ability to work across multiple functions with exemplary cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness and influencing skills.
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation. Ensuring the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies
- Working with Principal and senior colleagues to deploy staff effectively and lead their training and development.
- Assist school in developing and implementing School Improvement Plans




- Assist in program implementation and curriculum development.
- Developing and improving the quality of education offered to the pupils in the school through the promotion of the highest possible standards of education. Plan and implement events which will give practical exposure in students pertaining to special activities viz. MUN, Entrepreneur Fair, Commerce Fair etc.
- To conduct regular meetings with faculty and with department heads, which will deal both with routine school matters and with the stimulating exchange of ideas on issues of educational/philosophical interest and concern.
- To serve as a consultant to teachers in matters of classroom management, teaching methods, and general school procedures;
- To establish programs for the orientation of new teachers, for in-service training of all teachers, and for the evaluation of classroom teachers, to ensure that teachers are familiar with
