Experience with counselling principals,techniques and practice as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Patients, friendly and accommodating personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
- Reporting students issues to the appropriate state authorities if neglect or abuse is suspected.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
