Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development efforts to create creative food products based on millets, from concept ideation to commercialization.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in the food industry related to millet-based products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior food technologists, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the formulation and optimization of recipes, ensuring they meet nutritional, sensory, and regulatory requirements.




- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototypes, iterating as needed to achieve desired product attributes and performance.
