Brand Coordinator - Events & Digital Marketing

Highpowerv Media and Communication Pvt Ltd is a leading event management company with 16 years of experience, operating from Chennai and Bangalore. We specialize in corporate events and handle reputed clients. We also have a growing wedding events division.

We are looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator with digital marketing knowledge to support our leadership team in managing client branding requirements, vendor coordination, and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist COO and senior management in client coordination
- Attend client meetings and understand branding & event requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery as per TAT
- Support branding and digital marketing activities for corporate and wedding events




- Ensure smooth execution of projects from planning to delivery

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Brand Coordinator / similar role
- Knowledge of branding and digital marketing:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in event management or agency background preferred

Preferred Skills:
- Digital marketing execution & coordination
- Vendor management experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
