Experience: 2-5 years (garment / têxtile industry preferred)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage orders from sampling to final dispatch. The role involves coordinating between customers, production departments (embroidery, stitching, printing, outsourcing), and ensuring timely delivery with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers/customers for order details, specifications, approvals, and timelines
- Prepare Time & Action (T&A;) plans for each order and track progress at every stage
- Follow up with in-house departments:
- Embroidery (Multi & Schiffli)
- Stitching
- Printing / Dyeing
- Finishing & Packing
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors (foiling, diamond work, handwork, etc.)
- Ensure raw material availability (fabric, trims, accessories) as per production plan
- Monitor production status daily and report delays or bottlenecks
- Maintain order files, costing sheets,



and production records
- Conduct in-line and final quality checks as per buyer requirements
- Ensure on-time dispatch and coordinate with logistics/transport

Skills Required:
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of embroidery (Multi / Schiffli) preferred
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (order tracking, T&A; sheets)
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Experience in garment factory / job work setup
- Problem-solver with a hands-on approach
- Can work under timelines and production pressure
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
