- In the Tele calling job,
the individual needs to answer the queries of the Students by understanding their need and requirements.
- To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure..

Telecaller Skills and Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy
- to-understand manner
Negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
