Raunaq Steels Trading Pvt. Ltd. company headquartered in Kilpauk, Chennai is hiring for the post of Accounts Executive - Accounts receivables having the following:
Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting overall cash flow management. The role requires close coordination with sales, operations, and clients to resolve billing and payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers/clients
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment queries
- Maintain customer ledgers and supporting documentation
- Prepare AR reports, aging statements, and collection status reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audits by providing required AR records and confirmations

Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Good understanding of GST / TDS (India-specific, if applicable)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP / Zoho, etc.)
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Customer ledger reconciliation
- Ability to issue debit note and credit note
- Interest calculation for late payment
