Job Title: Claim Investigation Officer

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage and investigate insurance claims assigned by multiple insurance companies

Lead, coordinate, and supervise field investigators and investigation teams

Conduct and oversee field visits, document verification, background checks, and interviews

Assess and evaluate claim genuineness based on factual findings and evidence

Prepare and submit detailed, accurate, and timely investigation reports

Coordinate with insurance officials, hospitals, legal authorities, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards

Monitor case progress, investigation quality, and team productivity

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claim investigation

Team handling experience is mandatory

Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills

Excellent report drafting & documentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively for field investigations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
