Support Executive

Your Tasks:
- Application support & Client 1st level coordination
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Maintain project related documents
- Ensure internally defined development processes are followed with no exception
- Attend client meetings with/without project leader/manager.
- Daily Stand-up meeting with team for work allocation and project update.
- Collaborate with end users to understand their incident or service tickets and resolve them within define SLAs
- Work with regional IT to understand network graphs on regular basis

Your Qualification:
- Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, AI,



Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in Application support
- Valuable problem-solving, analytical skills and English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure & Networking
- Good to have knowlege of SharePoint & Power Platform technologiesGood to have knowlege of Azure DevOps, WPF, ASP.NET / CORE (REST API), C#, MS SQLAt TÜV SÜD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
