About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our industrial sales team and act as a key communication link between customers, sales engineers, and internal departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in professional English communication, as regular interaction with large industrial clients is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, and follow-ups
- Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records
- Support the sales team in smooth order execution and coordination
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination / sales support (industrial background preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English - mandatory:
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Professional attitude and ability to work with industrial clients
