*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Counseling:*
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and provide counseling sessions for employees dealing with emotional and behavioral issues.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to each employee's needs.

2. *Motivational Training:*
- Design and deliver engaging motivational workshops and sessions aimed at inspiring employees to set and achieve personal and professional goals.
- Utilize motivational techniques to enhance employees' confidence, resilience, and motivation.

3. *Employee Assistance Program (EAP):*
- Provide mental health support and counseling services to employees as part of the EAP.
- Assist employees in maintaining positive and productive work streaks through counseling, coaching, and therapeutic interventions.

4. *Counseling Approaches:*
- Implement evidence-based approaches such as behavioral activation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and problem-solving therapy to address employees' needs effectively.

*Qualifications:*




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a Psychologist or Counselor preferred.
- Proven experience in counseling and conducting motivational sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling practices.
