Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Education Counsellor who can guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counselling students and parents, promoting educational programs, and supporting admissions through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career paths, and course selection
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or institutions
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolment status
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, or workshops when required
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams




- Meet enrolment targets and contribute to institutional growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Psychology preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to counsel, motivate, and build trust with students
- Basic knowledge of education systems, courses, and career options
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Patient, empathetic, and student-focused attitude
- Experience in education, counselling, sales, or student support is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
