We are seeking a qualified and passionate Mathematics Teacher for Grades 3 to 5 who can make learning mathematics conceptual, engaging, and activity-based, in alignment with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Academic & Pedagogical Skills
- Strong command over primary-level mathematics concepts as prescribed by CBSE curriculum
- Ability to teach mathematics using activity-based, experiential, and hands-on methods
- Integration of foundational numeracy, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Effective use of TLMs, worksheets, worksheets, and digital tools for math instruction

Teaching-Learning Practices
- Lesson planning aligned with learning outcomes, competencies, and assessment standards
- Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE norms
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and remediation plans
- Implement differentiated instruction to support diverse learners
- Encourage critical thinking, mental math, and math vocabulary development





Classroom Management & Student Engagement
- Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom setting
- Ensure age-appropriate classroom discipline and active student participation
- Foster confidence and interest in mathematics among students

Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Regular interaction with parents regarding academic progress
- Collaborative work with grade teachers and academic coordinators
- Willingness to participate in school activities, trainings, and CBSE programmes

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc / B.A with Mathematics + B.Ed (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level (Grades 3-5)
- CBSE school experience preferred
