The Admission Counsellor is responsible for counselling prospective students, handling admission inquiries, and converting leads into enrolments. The role involves understanding student needs, explaining courses and career paths, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by effective counselling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and admissions
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission processing
- Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities
- Provide excellent student and parent support throughout the admission cycle

Profile Requirements
- Excellent communication, counselling,



and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Student-centric and service-oriented approach
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Basic computer proficiency
- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or Education Sales Executive
- Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills may be considered
- Proficiency in English and local languages

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
