We are looking for Home Room Teachers (HRTs) for Pre-Primary, Grade 1 and Grade 2 with a solid foundation in play-way and activity-based teaching methodologies.

Key Requirements:
- Sound knowledge and practice of the Play-Way Method and activity-based learning
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, experiential, and child-centric lessons
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with young learners
- Warm, patient, and nurturing approach suitable for early and primary years
- Strong classroom management skills with age-appropriate discipline strategies
- Proficiency in conducting circle time, storytelling, rhymes, hands-on activities, and guided learning
- Ability to integrate foundational literacy and numeracy skills (especially for Grades 1 & 2)
- Regular and effective communication with parents regarding student progress
- Willingness to collaborate with co-teachers and adhere to school policies

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education / NTT / D.Ed / B.Ed (as applicable)
- Experience in handling Pre-Primary or Grades 1-2 preferred
