Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Borivali East, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Using communication skills and product knowledge to identify potential customers and convert them into sales
- Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints
- Informing customers about products and services, and updating them on new launches
- Calling customers after purchases to initiate repeat orders
- Following up with customers after they've bought to ensure they're satisfied
- Being aware of the latest industry trends
- Liaising with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an IT or retail setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aggressive approach toward achieving sales closure..
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
