Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
- Explain admission procedures, documentation, and timelines clearly
- Maintain accurate student data and enquiry records in CRM or registers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic teams for batch details and course updates
- Participate in school visits, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
- Handle post-admission support and student onboarding
- Address student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi is a plus)
- Solid counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a student-first approach
- Ability to handle pressure during peak admission seasons
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/MA in Education, Psychology, or Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of admissions closed per month
- Enquiry-to-admission conversion ratio
- Follow-up efficiency and lead response time
- Student and parent satisfaction feedback
