This is a full time, on-site Junior Architect (2-3 years experience) role located in CBD-BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI. The Junior Architect will assist in creating detailed architectural designs, work on project plans and collaborate with senior office team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include drafting architectural layouts, coordinating project requirements, preparing & reviewing construction drawings and overseeing their implementation in a time bound manner to meet design standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Architecture with flair for Design and an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Project planning within architectural projects
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD and other relevant tools
- Experience with Software Integration as it relates to architectural workflows
- Team player with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Adaptable to work under pressure and with a long-term commitment mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
