Job title : - Assistant Fashion Designer and Merchandiser
Location : Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi
CTC Per Month : Upto Rs. 25,000 [Based on work experience]
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overlook design process from research to final styling.
- Assisting Senior designer in all tasks and designing.
- Designing and sketching Khakhas.
- Research current trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Preparing a technical packet ( tech pack ) of the designs finalized by the senior designer.
- Managing production of the selected styles with Merchandiser.
- Maintaining production and fulfilling production targets provided by the Merchandizing and online team.
- Preparation of BOM with merchandiser.
- Cater to customer requirements and store requirements.
- Submitting reports at the end of the month regarding trends, design curation, bestsellers and production details.
- Maintaining stocks of current trims / laces / embroidery patches and making sure that existing stock gets used and raw materials used for final designs.
- Purchasing and sourcing of required and new trims, laces and other accessories.
- Maintaining details of fabrics required in prepping a sample as well as fabric required for production.
