Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
- Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, conversions, etc.)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
