Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing In-Charge to manage finishing operations in an export house manufacturing unit. The role requires strong planning skills and effective handling of blue-collar workforce to ensure quality, productivity, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control daily finishing activities to meet shipment schedules
- Supervise and manage blue-collar workers (allocation, productivity, discipline)
- Ensure quality standards, packing accuracy, and compliance with buyer requirements
- Coordinate with production, QA, and dispatch teams
- Maintain finishing reports and manpower planning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Finishing In-Charge in an export house/manufacturing unit
- Solid planning and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar workforce handling
- Knowledge of quality standards and shipment timelines

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in finishing operations (export house preferred)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
