- Manage the day-to-day operations of our E-commerce Platforms Like Etsy, eBay and India Mart.
- product listings & uploading of products on our E-commerce platforms.
- Have knowledge of gemstone jewelry.
- Have knowledge of all Natural Gemstones.
- one should be proficient in using platforms like Etsy, eBay and India Mart.
- Handling Leads on a daily Basis
- Generate sales by persuading customers to purchase products or services.
- Document all call information and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and make regular follow-up calls.
