About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Resource Manager to lead and manage technical resources across Engineering and IT supporting multiple products and projects.

This role is responsible for the performance, capacity, and effective utilization of our technical resources. You will work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure they have the technical resources and support required to successfully deliver their products.

This is NOT a hands-on technical role. However, you must have robust experience managing technology teams and enough technical depth to understand technical and delivery challenges, challenge estimates and assumptions, identify risks, resolve resource conflicts, and hold technical teams accountable for their commitments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technical resources across Engineering and IT, with accountability for performance, capacity, workload, and team development.
- Own resource allocation across multiple products and projects, resolving conflicts and aligning technical capacity with business priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to align technical resources,



dependencies, estimates, and execution with product priorities and timelines.
- Hold technical teams accountable for commitments, quality, communication, and execution, and proactively address performance or productivity issues.
- Establish and enforce consistent technical delivery, release, documentation, and production support processes across Engineering and IT.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or technology organizations, including 5+ years managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software development, technology operations, and the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning, team performance, and development across multiple products or projects.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities, resolve resource and delivery conflicts, and hold technical teams accountable for execution.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
