§ At least 2-3 years of Salesforce implementation experience preferred or will need to obtain (NPSP, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

§ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration is typically required..

§ Salesforce Non-profit Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.

§ Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)preferred.

§ At least 2-3 years of project management experience in a software implementation/services consulting environment.

§ Demonstrate ability to manaClient stakeholder concerns to resolve complex implementation issues.

§ At least 1-2 years proven ǪA/Test leadership experience, specifically within complex ERP implementation projects to manage Sprint Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT

§ Demonstrate ability to manaClient System Testing and UAT.

§ Valuable understanding of Product cost model
