The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership, and proven experience in Agile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to deliveryDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationWork closely with engineering, QA, product, and stakeholdersTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plansConduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectivesEnsure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum best practicesPrepare project documentation, status reports,
