We’re growing our recruitment team and looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to join us in Bangalore .

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source and identify talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

- Screen candidates and assess technical experience against job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time

What we’re looking for:





• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment

- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job profiles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Experience in staffing/consulting recruitment will be an added advantage
