Role & responsibilities

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software development and technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of technical understanding, project management expertise, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering multiple technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation through deployment and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and other technical stakeholders.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Teams, and Senior Management to ensure effective delivery.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers and proactively drive resolution.




- Identify and manage project risks, mitigation plans, and escalation processes.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, timelines, and overall delivery performance.
- Ensure effective communication of project status through status reports, dashboards, steering committee updates, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and application dependencies.
- Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and release standards.
- Manage project dependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and third-party systems.
- Coordinate UAT, production releases, deployment activities, and post-production support.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and release documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and team productivity.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational processes, governance standards, and security requirements.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid project delivery models.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.




- Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, microservices, databases, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, source control, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of QA, testing, UAT, release management, and production deployment processes.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience in software/technology projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project/program management or technical delivery management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- PMP / PRINCE2
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PSM
- PMI-ACP
- SAFe certification
- Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS
