AutomationEdge is looking for a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise RPA and automation projects — from planning and technical coordination through execution, risk management, and successful transition. This is a delivery and stakeholder-management role; deep hands-on coding isn’t required, but you should be technically sharp enough to understand, challenge, and guide technical decisions with developers and architects.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple RPA/automation projects — scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality.

Drive execution from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and transition.

Coordinate with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, and developers to ensure sound technical solutions and adherence to standards.

Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early; drive timely mitigation.

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, SMEs); track utilization and hold the team accountable.

Act as primary customer point of contact — manage expectations on scope, timelines, and risks; lead reviews, demos, and escalations.

Maintain project governance: status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and review cadences.





Drive process standardization and support Agile/Scrum adoption across projects.

Required Skills

Must Have

Strong grasp of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.

Working knowledge of one or more: Java, .NET, Selenium/Automation Testing, or RPA/Intelligent Automation.

Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and solution architecture basics.

Proven ability to coordinate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred

Experience with RPA platforms: AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.

Good to Have

Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Cognitive Automation.

Experience with API integration or enterprise application implementation projects.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.

Qualifications
