Essential Job Functions:

Program Responsibilities

- Strategic Release Planning: Partner with Product, Engineering, and field teams to define and evolve the release calendar for multiple high-impact product lines.
- End-to-End Program Leadership: Own and drive all release readiness activities across engineering, QA, security, and support, ensuring no downstream surprises.
- Cross-Team Integration: Act as the glue between multiple teams, spanning cross-geo and distributed teams. Drive alignment across functions and facilitate working sessions when misalignment or ambiguity arises.
- Risk Management: Anticipate release and operational risks early and put mitigation plans in place. Push back when timelines aren't realistic and protect the integrity of the release.
- Data-Driven & AI-Enabled Operations: Use dashboards, program metrics, and AI-driven automation to surface bottlenecks and risks before they escalate, auto-generate status reports and leadership updates,

and free the team to focus on the judgment calls that need a human in the loop.
- Customer and Business Impact Awareness: Work backward from customer and business outcomes to shape the scope and readiness of releases and migrations.
- Customer Migration Management: Plan and manage customer migrations from one product version to another, partnering with customers' field teams to coordinate releases and upgrades while minimizing disruption to the customer experience.
- Operational Efficiency, Stability & Cost: Drive efficiency, platform stability, security, and cost optimization across the charter.

Growth Expectations
- Move from Operational to Strategist: Think not only about "how to release" but "why this release matters", aligning release operations with business moments and market opportunities.
- Executive Readouts & Reporting: Drive clear communication in leadership forums, present release and operational status with clarity and confidence through storytelling and data.
- Drive Influence Beyond Function: Navigate the matrix, legal, security, customer support, and global readiness, and ensure they are looped in early.
- Lean Into Ambiguity: Proactively define structure when none exists. Launch new operational rhythms if the old ones no longer serve.

Core Responsibilities
- Continuously drive improvements in team efficiency, program quality, and execution excellence.
- Identify gaps proactively and lead process improvements that scale within the organization.
- Own the outcomes and not just deliverables, ensure releases and migrations deliver measurable value to the business.
- Champion innovation and continuous learning, stay curious, challenge the status quo, and encourage forward-thinking solutions.
- Provide strong decision-making and contribute ideas that help shape the strategic direction of the charter.
