WE’RE HIRING | TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – MUMBAI

Are you a technology-first Project Manager who can speak both “Tech” and “Client” ?

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has solid hands-on exposure to DevOps / Backend / Frontend technologies and can independently manage enterprise clients and technology projects.

⚠️ This is NOT a pure coordination role.

We need someone who can get into the technical details, understand what the engineering team is building, challenge technical discussions when required, and still drive the project with the client.

What You’ll Own

✅ End-to-end delivery of technology projects

✅ Direct client communication & stakeholder management

✅ Requirement gathering & technical discussions

✅ Project planning, estimation, timelines & dependencies

✅ Coordination across Development, DevOps, QA, Product & Business teams

✅ CI/CD, deployment & release management

✅ API, integration, backend/frontend & infrastructure discussions

✅ Production issues, troubleshooting & escalation management

✅ Go-live planning and execution

✅ Project risks, change requests and issue resolution

✅ Regular client reviews, status reporting & governance

Technical Experience – MUST HAVE

You should have hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

DevOps:

Git/GitLab/GitHub | Jenkins | CI/CD | Docker | Kubernetes | AWS/Azure/GCP | Linux | Deployment & Infrastructure

Backend:

Java/Spring Boot | Node.js | Python | REST APIs | Microservices | SQL/NoSQL | Integrations

Frontend:

React.js | Angular | JavaScript | Web Applications | API Integration

But you MUST have actually worked on technology not just managed people who do.

We’re Looking For





- B.E./B.Tech – Mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in software/technology projects
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead / Engineering Lead with project ownership

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & software development

- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong client-facing experience
- Ability to independently handle enterprise clients
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with developers, architects, DevOps engineers and QA teams
- Strong ownership, accountability and execution mindset
- Mumbai location – Mandatory

? BFSI / Banking / FinTech

? API / Microservices / Enterprise Integrations

? Production deployments & Go-Live

? Digital Banking / Mobile & Web Applications

If you are someone who can sit with a Developer and understand the code/architecture , discuss CI/CD and deployment with DevOps , understand APIs and integrations , and then confidently walk into a client meeting and explain the project status, risks and technical challenges — we want to hear from you.

If your experience is limited to follow-ups, MOMs, Jira updates and status reports , this role is probably not for you.
