Role Description This is a full-time Technical Program Manager role based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work model that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home.

The Technical Program

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include defining program scope and timelines, managing project plans and risks, coordinating software development efforts, and tracking progress against key milestones. The role involves translating product requirements into technical deliverables,



facilitating communication across teams, and improving processes for consistent, high-quality releases.

The Technical Program

Manager will also analyze program performance data, propose improvements, and help scale FieldAssist’s platform and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure delivery against objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making with clear insights and metrics.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development experience or technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and manage technical dependencies.
- Candidates should possess Product Management awareness to align programs with product strategy, user needs, and business goals.
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions, preferably in FMCG/CPG, sales automation, or related domains.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and drive outcomes in a quick-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
