- Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities and business outcomes with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, technical debt and compliance requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and testable technical requirements.
- Ensure backlog readiness and adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Quality and Technical Documentation teams.
- Analyze customer feedback, product insights, risks and dependencies.
- Resolve delivery impediments and effectively manage product trade-offs.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Drive Agile collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in software products.
- Robust backlog management, user-story writing and acceptance-criteria experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and/or SAFe.
- Strong understanding of software engineering and development practices.
- Experience working with Engineering, UX/UI, QA and documentation teams.
- Product Owner, Scrum or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, documentation practices and 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred.
- Understanding of cybersecurity requirements is an added advantage.
