About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner Digital Health to take ownership of the product lifecycle of digital health platforms. The role will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, coordinating with engineering and business teams, and ensuring timely and successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital health platforms.

- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.

- Translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and product backlog.

- Work closely with engineering, technology, business, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product development and delivery.

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases and delivery of product features.

- Monitor product development progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution.

- Work with technical teams on API integrations and digital health platform interoperability.

- Ensure appropriate consideration of health data standards and interoperability requirements.

- Support product testing, UAT, release planning, and post-release enhancements.





- Track product performance and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Maintain effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent qualification.

- 8–12 years of overall professional experience.

- Solid experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in digital health, healthcare IT, or HealthTech platforms.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

- Good understanding of APIs, API integrations, and system interoperability.

- Knowledge of health data standards, preferably HL7/FHIR or similar healthcare interoperability standards.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both business and engineering/technology teams.

Preferred Certifications

- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent.

- Product Management / Product Owner certifications preferred.

Key Mandate

- Define and drive the product roadmap.

- Coordinate effectively between engineering and business teams.

- Ensure timely, quality-driven product releases.

- Drive continuous enhancement of digital health platforms based on business, user, and technology requirements.
